Hey there Cem -- There's a DRM installer available for Windows, and the command line options should be roughly the same, as long as you get the paths right. My dayjob is not a windows shop, so I can't test this personally.

The "drm" command itself is a java binary, I think it's just packaged differently for Linux and Windows.
